Magnificent is just one word used to describe the 18-hole Championship golf course at Heritage Pines. Designed by Ron Garl, renowned golf course architect and designer, the course opened in January, 2000.

The course features sweeping fairways and immaculately manicured greens. Designed around the community's naturally lush landscapes and rolling hills, the course offers scenic, as well as challenging play. From the starting hole through the 18th, it tests the skill of golfers at all levels from different sets of tees. Strategically placed bunkers in the fairways and greenside await the wayward shots. As if that weren't enough, several of the holes have ponds which come into play if golfers are too aggressive - or not aggressive enough.

All the while, the course winds through conservation areas and swings around sparkiling lakes and ponds leading to a unique finish - the 18th hole is on a peninsula that extends into the lake behind the country club!

Nice course, worth the 18 bucks. Private club. If you can get in, it's worth the trip. Not a lot of risk/reward. Greens roll straight, nice size and good ball action.
