This Tom Fazio design is located in central Pinellas County and features water on 16 of the 18 holes. Two interesting architectural quirks exist here in the form of consecutive par-5s at 6 and 7, then consecutive par-3s at 15 and 16. Of note is that par-3 16th, which requires a 200-yard carry from the Championship tee with little room for error.

Greens are excellent, fast and true.

What a fun course to play. Wind made it quite challenging. Demands accurate drives. Very small greens, fast, subtle breaks, tough chipping as there just isn't too much level ground around the greens which makes for great short game improvement skills. Really enjoyed it.
