This 9-hole course has a very unique "warm-up hole" — a par-4 hole played before arriving at the actual first tee. The rest of the course has some fairly challenging par-3s and par-4s. Bears Den is part of the Timberlane Resort, located on the east shore of Long Lake, east of Park Rapids.

The standard walking rates are $20 for nine and $28 for 18 (carts are $8 and $12, respectively). Shoulder-season and twilight rates are also available.
