very well tended course. excellent price. the clubhouse is ducked off, but findable. greens are quick & well taken care of along with the fairways. lots of powdery sand for the sand game lovers.

the course layout was very nice, challenging in areas and some long straight par 4's. overall the course condition was in great shape however they did just aerate the greens recently which was a little harder to true putt on, butt a great course for the price.
