For the money it is a great place to practice your short game and go for a nice walk. Forget trying to putt.

course has gone downhill rapidly. more attention is paid to the paint and bar then to the course maintenance. Greens are being overrun by weeds

Great deal for the money, only $14 any day any time (18 holes walking).
Good slope on greens. Some challenging holes. Not so great maintenance.
You won't find a better par 60 executive course for the money in the area.
