This facility, located near the Richelieu River, has two courses, a 9-hole regulation course and a 9-hole par-3 layout. Both are heavily populated with mature trees, including a 300-year-old pine on the larger course. The fairways vary in width and there is a surprisingly difficult short hole, #6, a 248-yard, par 4, which requires a tee shot onto an narrow, 90° dogleg fairway. The greens are relatively flat, with the average size being 4,500-square feet. The par-3 Course requires target golf because all of the greens are elevated and the fairways are narrow.

The standard walking rates are C$27 on weekdays, then C$30 on weekends and holidays (carts are C$18)
