Previously known as "Amelia Island Planatation," this resort has three courses and a teaching academy available.
Oak Marsh Golf Course is 1972 Pete Dye design, built shortly after completion of his Harbour Town Golf Links at Hilton Head Island. Like Harbour Town, this course has tight fairways and small greens, meandering along serpentine salt marsh creeks and through the many of the moss-draped heritage oaks for which Amelia Island is known.
Ocean Links has ten holes that feature lagoons and marsh wetlands, along with a par-3 with a green strategically placed in the waters of Red Maple Lake. The course winds through six miles of natural sand dunes and seaside terrain. The course yardage of 6,300 yards is somewhat deceiving since small greens, narrow fairways and prevailing winds tend to make the course play much longer.
Long Point is a Tom Fazio design that debuted in 1987. Three distinct settings are in play; large marshes, thick stands of oaks and pines, and oceanfront dunes. Natural waste bunkers guard large, elevated greens, while an architectural quirk exists in the form of two consecutive oceanfront par-3s.

It was a great course with a lot of water. Its not real long but you need to keep it in the fairway.

Beautiful course and can be tough in the wind. But, greens roll true and are fast averaging 10 stimp. A++

Resort course. Ocean holes are scenic but windy and can be tough despite being short par 3. Not an easy walking course. Oak Marsh is better overall but the Ocean Links is worth playing.

Oak Marsh - Sister course to the Ocean Links course at AIP. Ocean Links gets all the press but Oak Marsh is by far the better course and layout. If you had to choose one course to play on Amelia, it would be Long Point. But Oak Marsh would be next and is open to public play unlike LP.

Awesome course, great views, but expensive. I was able to talk them down from the $150 rate to $75, but that's still more than what I typically pay. Staff was very nice.
