Wilmington Country Club has two mature parkland-style courses. The shorter North Course was designed by the late Dick Wilson and features challenging bunkering and contoured fairways. The South Course was originally designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and was redesigned in 2008 by architect Keith Foster in 2008. In 2009, Golf Digest named it the sixth-best course remodel of the year.

was lucky enough to get invited to play at this great golf coourse. had always played the south on previous occasions so the north was all new to me.There was a 5 some in front of us that were really slow but ranger got them moving on hole 11 but by 15 they had slowed down again. Cannot complain though as playing here is just something you dont get to do very often, staff treats you like gold, lunch buffet was great and the course is always in great conditon with fast greens
