Although it was winter, one could see the course is coming back. Now owned by the state and managed by the same company that manages Deerfield in Newark, investments are being made t improve the course. The greens are in good shape now and Colt (grounds keeper) has a good plan in place to finish the work in the fairways this spring. Looking forward to seeing the continued improvement.

this was the old site for the delaware amateur for years until Jawaorski ran into the ground. The state now owns it and it is back in good shape, from the tips it is quite a challenge.Pace of play is slow, asked ranger on hole ten to ask twosome in front of us to pick up the pace as our group of seniors 70 plus including a lady were waiting all day as they hit multiple pour shots and continued to hit way too many mulligans.Makes you not want to go back.

A fun course at a great price. Not a lot of adventure from the forward tees, but the condition of the course was amazing. Greens true.
