This Brisbane-area club formed in 1928. Eighteen holes were completed in 1937, but some of the holes were redesigned in 1955 to accommodate a new clubhouse. Then in 2004, consultant David Burrp made changes to the 3rd, 4th, and 12th holes. The course rolls over hills laced with some waterways, to such a challenging degree that the Oxley hosted the 2003 Queensland Medal.
Visitors are welcome; the standard walking rates are A$36 on weekdays, A$41 on weekends and holidays (carts are A$42).
