Whittlebury Park Golf & Country Club has a rich history of ancient parkland, once forming part of the Royal Whittlewood Forest which stretched for miles. Many of the mighty oak trees within the park have stood proud for more than a thousand years, during which time the park has been a Royal Hunting Forest and home to red deer. Also within the grounds of the estate is the site of a Stone Age hill fort, a Roman road and dwellings mentioned in the Domesday Book.

Whittlebury is a superb place to play golf. A fairly flat lanscape with a few lakes dotted around but interesting and challenging enough to be great fun. The greats are some of the best kept you will get. Overall i love it every time I am there

Cracking test of golf, although the fairways aren't lush due to the course being clay based, the greens make up for it.....with out doubt they are the best in the county by a mile (slightly biased as i a member). Great club house and staff....would recommend to have a round just to test the pure roll on the greens.....and the pint of cider after!!!
