Heathland Course was very poor. Fairways had not seen water for some time and as a results many good tee shots were punished very harshly by the ball running of steep slopes into trouble. Definitely not a course suitable to high handicappers playing it for the first time!!

Played the Heathland Course. It is a very tough course, not for a casual visitor playing it once.
Very disappointed overall. Expensive, fairways hard, bare and weedy. Won't be going again.

I have played this course a few times and you will need to do this to be able to know were the ball is going to land off the Tee as it has a few blindish Tee shots. The greens are sometimes pretty ropey and the course is not always kept to a decent standard (links).
