the course is a tale of two nines - score on the front because once you get to the back side, it's a challenge for the first time play. I think the course, in season, would play differently. At this time of the year, the fairways were VERY thin of grass. Combine that with wet conditions, it was tough for an average golfer to play off the tight fairway. GREAT COURSE FOR THE VALUE.
