Very pleasing to the eye. Greens are nice, but not great. #4,5,6 greens are of a different variety of grass so they putt different. around $40 bucks on the weekend so not bad. Fairly tight layout so be prepared to look for balls. I say a good value for the Sherman area.

Greens were still scared from plugging! Forty percent of greens had significant damage. No. 4 green was no better than a temporary green. Course condition did not justify charging full rates. Rates were 10 % higher than much better courses in nearby Gunter, Plano or Frisco.
