While the club dates to 1910, this facility opened with 18 holes in 1962, was extended to 27 holes in 1985, and is generally regarded as one of the 100 best courses in Europe. Spanish golf hero José María Olazábal set a record here in 1989 when he won the 1989 Dutch Open after a grueling nine-hole playoff - now tied for the longest overtime in European Tour history.

Visitors with a valid golf handicap certificate are welcome up to three times per year on weekdays and Saturdays, but advance booking is required. The walking rate is €85 for NGF members and €120 from outside the Netherlands. Memberships are also offered.
