While the club itself dates to before the turn of the century, the current course opened in 1926 with a design by Tom Renouf. Visitors are welcome; the peak-season walking rates are £35/round or £45/day on weekdays, then £45/round or £50/day on weekends. (The club is reserved for members and their invited guests on Saturdays.) Societies are also welcome with prior arrangement.
