Great course, well maintained lots of water but it's not in play on most of the holes. The course is a resort course with a hotel attached so at weekends there's alot of groups and society's so if your playing as a single in between groups don't expect to play through The group in front of me did ask but I declined. Weekdays might be different. Even so the rounds were only 3 and a bit hours and there's a bench on nearly every hole. I've had 5hr rounds so a long way to go. Greens on the front nine had just been punched and consequently a litte rough (price you pay for a course worth playing). Back nine greens great nice true.

A magnificent and challenging course but quite fair to most handicappers.
Views and scenary are magnificent and a joy to play if you dont mind hills and lakes. Only problem is during the winter when it gets very boggy in parts, but in summer a real joy. I loved it

Great layout but built on clay and therefore gets waterlogged very quickly in rain. Fairways lacking in decent turf/grass with large bare/rough areas. Greens are tricky and not very well prepared. In summary great 27 hole layout spoilt by lack of maintenance and TLC!
