Nice course but not friendly to outsiders, still think they are a private course and god forbid you are not a scratch golfer, they will remind you of such with numerous visits from the ranger, and suggestions of stopping play after 9 holes.I am a 12 handicap golfer but played with 2 beginners and they definitely made us feel unwelcome!!!

This place is awesome. Very few uphill driving holes leading to tee boxes that not only overlook the beautiful surrounding wooded areas but are also exposed to the wind offering an added level of difficulty to an already tough driving course. This is a first shot golf course! Put it in the fairway or you're looking at losing at least a stroke trying to put yourself into a position to go for the green. Everything for this time of year was in great shape, the staff was polite, well spoken and offered advice for several holes without being "overly talkative". The only disappointment (besides my score) was that the new restaurant and bar were still under construction so I had to wait until I got home to drown my sorrows of missed opportunities ha ha!
Makes Woodbridge CC, recently given to Billy Casper's team to manage, look like an absolute dump and a half
