Great staff, great design, conditions were average. The big down-side of playing here is the real estate that encroaches the course on the back nine. I'm an average golfer that keeps it in play 90% of the time, so knowing that I have a 10% chance of possibly hitting a townhouse or somebody in their backyard troubles me. The homes are on the corners of doglegs and they are hard to see so playing this for the 1st time you don't know what's out there. It's so bad on the back I won't play there again even if free, its just to bad they put homes in play.
