A lot of work has been put into this course under the new management, and the results are phenomenal. The greens are to die for--plenty of grass, well maintained and fast. These are probably among the top 2 or 3 in East Texas. I was completely "blown away" by the transformation since my last visit there several years ago. Even though the course is "user friendly," the greens make the entire visit worthwhile. If you want "pure" greens, go no further than Pine Springs.

Went on a bad day was cold and mowers where everywhere. For the most part they stopped mowing if they saw you teeing off but otherwise noisy.
