Bear Dance is located in Larkspur, about halfway between Denver and Colorado Springs, and was designed and built by PGA Members Corey Aurand, Stuart Bruening, Dennis Hogan, and Brian Whitcomb. The course is also home to the Colorado Section of the Professional Golfer's Association of America. It is often rated as one of Colorado's best public-access courses, in part because there are no parallel or contiguous fairways.

One of the best courses I have ever played. Really enjoyed it. It’s not a gimmicky course but a good test of golf.

Bear Dance - AWESOME course. An easy to get to mountain course close to Denver and Colorado Springs. Each hole is unique but playable if you keep relaxed and your head together. A must play for Colorado Golfers! Can't wait to challenge it again.

Best public course on the front range. Only thing better than the views is the track. Great conditions and top notch lay out.

Awesome track. Great views & vistas. Great shape. Tough enough course but you can score if you hit the ball well. Would recommend it for anyone who is at least a 14-15 hdcp goler.
