Virgin Arnold Palmer golf course. Greens were running 12.5 and smooth as silk. Virtually unplayed. Played the week prior to a Hooters event. Got there at 1015AM on a beautiful June Sunday morning..three cars in the parking lot one of which belonged to the youngster watching the pro shop. Never actually saw another golfer on the course. Absolutely perfect.

Beautiful course!! No clubhouse to speak of but it made due. This course is a gem in the middle of nowhere. Greens were very spongy and receptive. It had rained the night before so the fairways were pretty soggy. Cart path only is not what you want on this big layout. I would have been better off walking on this day.
