A faux links style course. Links courses do not have ponds or lush rough that is impossible to hit from. Also, the fairways are supposed to be tight and dry.
The maintenance is very good. Greens and bunkers in fine shape. Generally driving areas are wide and very fair. Too many blind shots from the fairway. If I am in the fairway near the 150 or 100 yard marker I generally expect to see the flag, at least.
An amazingly accurate rendering of the TPC at Sawgrass's 17th on Eagle Eye's 17th is a treat.

One of the best courses in Lansing. Outstanding condition, especially the greens. Definitely worth the experience, but the cost makes it a rare round. Try all of their sister courses (Hawk Hollow, etc)... they are all great as well.

Great course in excellent condition. Front nine much easier than back nine. A couple of really challenging par 3s. Staff friendly, but not over the top. Would play the course again.
