No one was there when I arrived. Desk clerk with happy greeing and eager to serve. descent bag of balls for practive range, snack and drinks quick and reasonalbe price. Tee boxes and greens, hard, but in good shape. Many fairways with hard, bald areas. Need work, but for the pace of play (hit 2 balls on almost every hole since no one in front or behind me), friendly and attentive staff, can't complain too bad. Hopefully with some rain, grass seeds and fertilizer will be in much better shape later in the season.

The guy behind the front desk was not interested in providing customer service. $5 for a half full small bag of balls for the driving range was very sad. The course was practically empty and we soon discovered why. The fairways were horrible. Lots of bare spots and extremely thin. Hitting off asphalt might have been a bit better. The greens were in fairly good shape but hard as a rock. It was not worth the $40 they charged and I doubt I'll ever be back. It might be decent 3-4 years if they can somehow get some grass on the fairways.

the greens are decent but the fairways are probably the worst in the Raleigh area. Brevofield is a much, much better value than Old Liberty
