Moonah Links' Open Course was specially built to host a national championship. Australian golf legend Peter Thomson describes this track as a "Leviathan of a course."

The Legends Course is less-difficult loop of 18 holes that generally follows the valleys through ancient Moonah woodlands to open links land. White their fairways and greens are are generous and gentle, the bunkers are termed "bold and wild."
