A links style course. This golf course was created on a wonderful historic piece of land. It’s a mixture of open meadows and woodland, interspersed with beautiful creeks, and a dash of wetlands tossed in to make each hole exciting and memorable.

Book tee times carefully. They have a strict non-refuldable, non-changeable and non-cancellable policy!

Best golf course in the Springfield area. User friendly from the forward tees for old Seniors like me.

Good Course for the area. Plays to all skill levels. Never seen it in peak shape, always seems have work being done. A little expensive for the area however. There are courses in the area that are almost as good for 1/3 the price

This is just a well-run, and quite beautiful, New England golf course. The impeccable fairways are generous from the tee, but the layout is still challenging. The downhill par-5s (#9 and #16) are fun if you catch a good drive.

The GPS system in the carts is the best I've seen, giving you to-the-pin yardages, as well as distances to/from pretty much anything noteworthy on the hole.

The service is spectacular, there was always someone around checking on us to see if we needed anything. Even through a long rain delay, the hospitality was top-notch.

Try to play it on a discount, because the normal greens fees can be a little steep for most people. Though considering all the amenities at The Ranch, I can see why the rates are what they are. There's a lot to love about this place.
