Plantation Palms Golf Club is a David Harman design that opened in 2000; new management took over in April of 2011. This parkland-style layout is lined with many pine and palm trees, while sculpted dunes and greens are in abundance, including on three medium-long par-3s. Four sets of tees stretch the course from 5,396 to 6,824 yards.

Nice course except for the last shots on 9 and 18 when looking into the green -- HOLY COW -- not for the average golfer these 2 holes
#14 has a large lake in the middle of the fairway which is right where the average golfer will hit his/her second shot and the line of play around the water is to a 'fairway' about 10 yards wide with hard ground sloping to the water.... good luck with that hole too
Otherwise I recommend the course..

Greens are great. Overall course condition is good. Lots of water, challenging. Warning signs for gators :). The starter person was very friendly, the desk staff were friendly, the snack/beer cart girl was friendly. Worth the money and the better of the two courses I played in the area.
