This Pete Dye-designed course runs over 150 acres of maturing parkland in a private, luxury residential development between Carmel and Westfield, Indiana, between 146th and 161st Street, and Gray and Carey Road, a mile east of State Road 31 (Meridian). Also here is a large practice facility ("The Preserve Academy") and a 9-hole executive course - also designed by Pete Dye.
