Architect Tom Fazio designed all three courses here; the Pine Barrens 18 is very highly regarded and usually included on lists of the best modern courses in the U.S. Also here are the Rolling Oaks 18 and the 9-hole Short Course.

The peak-season (January-March) rates, including cart, are $99 Mondays through Thursdays, then $119 on Fridays, weekends, and holidays. (From June through October, those rates are $40 and $50, respectively.) Special rates are available for same-day replay, twilight, junior, and PGA access. Various stay-and-play packages are also offered.

Great course def worth the visit

Played both courses twice on 11 day trip to Tampa. These are 2 great courses that are different but equally as good as each other. There is no housing lining fairways as is common in Florida. The maintenance of whole place and in particularly the greens is amazing considering traffic it gets. Clubhouse is basic, but who cares, courses are great.

A must play, This time of year $31. Greens were slow on Rolling Hills

We played the Pine Barrons 18. Friends played the course before and it came highly recommended but for me I thought it was so so. We arrived at the course and the staff didn't greet us or get a cart. We had to find one and put are stuff on it. The driving range was good but no distance markers so it was difficult to judge wind conditions. The greens played fast which was great but whoever placed the holes has nevered played golf before. Who puts it on a slope? Not once, about eight times. It did have some great golf holes but overall it was a dissappointment, I'm glad we only paid $48 through golf now because $120 is WAY too much.

Course just experienced about 20\" of rain. All bunkers were declared ground under repair. Other than that -great fun, course and greens in very nice condition.
