The rating is all relative to what a person is used to playing...example if you always play a public courses then the rating for this course will be higher than those who play at semi-private/private or more upscale courses for me my rating is based on what I have played in the past and the current style courses I play today....This course is very average and with that a playable course...

Excellent course! Fairway bunkers on every hole, great lies in the fairway and firm and fast greens. An incredible value for the price!

The course is a very good value for the $20 green fee weekdays. It is in great condiction with shot making type fairways. I like the coures.
