Played this course in late October after the course had treated one of the nines (Estuary). Played the Tributary nine first and the fairways and greens were in great shape and I could take advantage of the Florida roll in the fairways. Unfortunately, the second nine played quite differently: grass in and around the fairways was much longer (no roll) and the greens were not nearly as fast. However, in fairness to the course, I had been forewarned of the treatment when I booked the round. The scenery is beautiful and the course is very well maintained. Would love to return when both nines will play more consistently.
