Formerly known as Bougainvillea Golf Club and Cotton Fields CG, this 18-hole, par-72 course re-opened in October of 2012 with new ownership and new management. The course runs the through the Bougainvillea residential development in Laveen and features the South and Estrella mountain ranges as a backdrop. The course features a slightly unusual but even distribution of six par-3s, six par-4s, and six par-5s. The nines have been reversed, while three sets of tees play to an overall length of 6,751 yards. During the summer, the course is overseeded with Bermuda, then during the cooler seasons, rye is used on the fairways, while the greens feature a 60/40 blend of Poa trivialis (rough bluegrass) and bent on the greens.

Renovations and a partial redesign are planned for the summer of 2013.
