This course grew out of a decision by the Town of Marana to reclaim an abandoned sand/gravel quarry. The course was in very good shape, greens were fast and fairways were cut short for great roll.

The back 9 presents a "thinking golfer" challenge. Amenities are few and far between.

Short but demands accuracy. The holes that run in the Quarry are something you just don't see anywhere. The greens were in excellent shape.
