Architect David S. Harman designed this course, part of which runs along the Wekiva River and is home to a variety of wildlife, particularly red-shouldered hawks, blue heron, and a variety of other birds. The course is located about a 20-minute drive from the Orlando CBD.

The course has two sets of rates; the peak rates for Florida residents are $40 weekdays and $50 weekends, while the peak non-resident rates are $49 weekdays and $60 weekends. Junior, senior, and twilight discounts are available, as is special pricing for police, fire, active-duty military, and the clergy. Memberships are also offered and the course is also able to host group and corporate outings and events.
