very nice course. setup to play deceptively easy, but the water is everywhere. course is maintained pretty well. carts are fast. fairways in good condition. all in all for the money this course is great.

This course is surprisingly tough due to all the water and the creeks that cross the fairway. You don't want a driver on each tee because of the hazards. fairways and greens are in average shape
