The famous Plantation Course, host site of the PGA Tour's season-opening Tournament of Champions each January, is a Bill Coore / Ben Crenshaw design that debuted in 1991. It is also one of the very few PGA Tour venues that public golfers can play. The standard rate is $278, although resort guest, junior, and sliding twilight discounts are available, along with a same-day replay rate.

Arnold Palmer and Frank Duane designed the Bay Course, which opened in 1975 and plays to 6,600 yards. The standard rate is $208, while discounts are available for resort guests, juniors, and for sliding twilight play.

Both courses are certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuaries.

Played late January and was fortunate to be hosted for two rounds (thank you RC and AR!!!). A beautiful course with stunning views. We were able enough to go off w/o many on the course so pace of play was fine. A beautiful course but very difficult for me in between slopes, greens, rough that swallowed balls, blind tee shots, and of course, the wind.

At this age, I don't hit as far as I used to and some of my second shots were as much or more challenging than the first. While I know the TOC had lift clean and place, then no wind, but 34 under over 4 days....sheesh!!!! These guys ARE good!!

With all that whining aside, I'd play it again tomorrow; it is an amazing bucket list course.

Wide fairways, greens difficult to read, speed of greens significantly different down grain vs up grain

Absolutely a must play

Great course, awesome views and great staff. Played plantation course twice on my recent visit.

the bay is much easier than the plantation but its still challenging, the cost is a little steep after playing the plantation first, I think a discount for playing same day would entice more golfers to play. excellent course needless to say.
