Although the club dates to 1896, the course overlooks the Saint Lawrence River and opened in 1926 with a design by Montréal-area teaching professional William Rogers. Four tees stretch the course from 5,706 to 6,605 yards. The course has hosted the annual Cornwall Open since 1957.
