Owned and operated by the City of Charlottesville, this medium-length course opened in 1974 with a design by Raymond F. Loving, Jr. Three sets of tees stretch from 4,628 to 6,225 yards, framed by hundreds of mature oak, cherry, and flowering dogwood trees. The course hosts the annual Charlottesville city championship.

The standard walking rates are $26 on Mondays through Thursdays, $31 on Fridays, weekends, and holidays (carts are $17). Sliding twilight and VSGA discounts are available, as are several season passes.
