Arnold Palmer designed this course, which opened in 1995 north of Dallas and winds around two tree-lined creeks -- hence the course name. Standard public rates are $55 Mondays through Thursdays, $65 Fridays, and $70 weekends and holidays. Discount rates are available for card-holders, military, police, and fire personnel. Memberships are also available.

Played in a golf tournament with a 8:30am shotgun start. The women restroom was dirty and was never clean the whole time of the tournament. The starter let 5 tee times to get in the middle of the tournament team and then let another tee time get in between the next team in the tournament. This cost four tournament teams to miss lunch and any of the other tournament events.

This place would be awesome if they kept up the course. Unfortunately they don't and they still charge a serious premium relative to other courses.
