Played in Sep 2019. Fairways and greens were excellent. No waiting (let singles through). Best conditions ever at this course (high temp).

Absolutely beautiful, but tough to keep the ball in play if you hook or slice.

Considering the drought conditions we are having the course is in great shape. Price for seniors with cart, range balls, lunch, two beverages ($25) is awesome.

The front nine on this course is ok, however, when you get to the back nine and in the "quarry" it's horrible. No air flow, it's hot, and watch out for snakes! Better values in San Antonio than The Quarry.

Agree with cabanaboy and rdshows2 comments. Excellent value for the price. Didn't like the cartpath only on a number of the par 4s.

A special is running thru September, $55 for greens fee, cart, breakfast and lunch. Course was still pretty green even with the drought conditions. Green were very fast once they dried up from the morning dew. Very tight fairways on several holes with a better option to hit a hybrid or FW wood off the tee box. Played on Sunday, Sept 4. Round only took 4 hours.

8:16 on a Sunday morning and took nearly 5 hours to play.
