Great layout, but many fairways have deep washed out areas, the bunkers haven't been raked in at least a week, and some fairways needed to be mowed. The directional poles are placed at the side of the fairways, thus are unreliable aiming points. Greens are in acceptable condition and putt nicely. Staff are friendly, though on the phone they can be short (I called 2 days prior to going). They claim to be working on the "rough areas," so will go again in 6-8 months to verify my rating.
