Three courses are part of this club and resort.

The Heathland Course was designed by retro-traditionalist architect Tom Doak, so it has many echoes of English and Scottish courses, including sculpted mounding and difficult bunkers.

The Moorland Course is a P.B. Dye design from 1990 that some have compared to the PGA West Stadium Course. Large areas of natural growth, sand, water, and waste areas help make this a "target" course.

The Parkland Course is a Tom Doak design from 1992, offering tree-lined fairways, deep-faced bunkers and massive, multi-level greens.

Rates and special packages are posted on the resort's web site.

Beautiful Course with new greens. The pace of play was very slow. Over 5 hour round. Tee times are booked to close together. Breakfast and Lunch included and the food was good for the price.

Don't waste your money and time. Course completely overbooked, all rounds were painfully long over 5 hours. On our final day, we finally tee'd off an hour and 25 minutes after our tee time - following being told by the bag boy that they were "running right on time" upon check in. The starter on #1 said "looks like we got you out here right on time..." I politely asked if 1.5 hours late was "on-time" in Myrtle.

We will never go back - mismanaged, no respect for the golfer after they've got their money.

Greens were spiked marked and bumpy, no consistent rolls. PB Dye course was the only quality course.

I thought the reviews I read prior to going were a little rough on the course. Boy am I PO'd at myself for not listening to those warnings.

DO NOT GOLF HERE

this is by fare, one of the best golf resorts in Myrtle Beach ,and This year will mark my third golf vacation for me at the Legends , and I look forward to my golf season each year . they could improve a little on the green , but overall ,I like the legends a lot .

Way overbooked; average value; slow, slow pace of play. Broke up our group to add yet two more golfers. 6 hour + round

Ultimate value for lodging, a few rounds of golf, and drinking with the group.

A great resort with a great package. Each course was unique. Pace of play could have been better.

I rate them as follows, Oyster Bay (also part of the Legends group ) Moorland ,Heathland and Parkland. January February deal includedgolf, cart, breakfast, lunch with 2 beers. Worked out to just over $31.00 a game, great deal, great courses but Oyster Bay by far my favourite.
