This is a very well maintained course with the greens always in top notch condition. It is also very wide open with limited trees. I personally find it to be an easier than normal course with a few difficult holes thrown in here and there that, if you let it, will throw your game off. This is a very good course for the money.

Great course in excelleent shape dispite the drought conditions in central Texas. Great value for 18 holes that includes cart, range balls, breakfast buffett and lunch buffet for one low price. Try the chili -- it is awesome.
