The three regulation-length courses at Fort Cavazos are augmented by a four-hole children's course called Rattlesnake Ridge. Annual punch cards and passes are available, as well as twilight discounts of up to 40%, during designated hours. Practice facilities include a full-size range and a practice green with sand bunkers.

Non-DoD and non-dependent civilians wishing to play the course need to obtain an advance pass to the base from either the golf shop or the visitor center.
