Greens are recovering from being punched recently. However as willyb noted the fairways are "lumpy"... and have been for some time. Also, the fairways appear not to have been mown in the past week, are full of weeds, and the bunkers have not been maintained since rain came through the area about 3-4 days ago. Compared to past rounds the course was somewhat disappointing.

Fairways are very lumpy and need levering badly. Water hazards near some greens were cut back as much as twenty yards for new bulkheads. New yardage on skycaddie is not reflected. Greens are one of the best in the Houston area.
