much improvement since 2013

Old course with lots of character. Normal pace of play. Fairways need lots of work, and greens were far to fast for aerated greens. City of Knoxville needs to address issues on this course.

Great Value, and the course is rapidly improving.

I like this course because it is $18 for 18 holes with cart. Considering its price t is worth playing. Overall the course is not in very good condition. There is not much difference between the fairway and the rough. The greens can be pretty quick if they are dried out and a number of them areshowing some stress from being dried out. The course is not very long and there are no sand traps. It is basically a grip and rip course for the most psrt as it is fairly open. It is easy to score low here and a good course for beginner golfers to itermediate, A truely skilled golfer can come here and shoot low 70's no problem. Maitenance is lacking and not in very good shape, but overall when taking into consideration price, it is a good course to go and get some practice in and have a lot of fun! It usually is not very busy so you can hit multiple balls.
