Knoxville Municipal opened in 1984 with a design by architect D.J. DeVictor. The course is owned by the City of Knoxville and currently operated by Billy Casper's golf management firm. The standard walking rates are $19 on weekdays, $22 on weekends and holidays (carts are $11). Senior, junior, college, 9-hole, and sliding twilight rates are offered, as are memberships.

I really like #4 & #9. They force you to use course management. Everyone in the clubhouse is super nice! I just wish the greens were larger and more challenging. Some bunkers would also be nice. And, a paved front lot and warm up range would be huge.
