Azalea Sands Golf Club
2100 Highway 17 S
North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582-4252, United States

This tired old girl is basically your standard municipal golf course. This 30-year old tract is pretty much the same as when it opened. It is fairly open, but there are enough trees to keep the place from feeling totally bare. There is plenty of water, but not a lot of it is actually in play. Historically, their only good point has been their Bermuda greens. However, if you’re staying nearby and are on a tight budget, or are a novice looking for a cheap course to work on your game and you can play here for $35 (or less) for green fees, cart and taxes, you might want to consider this tract. Anyone else, forget it.

Played in the early Spring, 1st week in April. Course and greens in good condition. Good pace of play, staff very friendly, and cost very reasonable. This is not the most challenging course, but is very good for the average golfer. I will play it again when I go to Myrtle Beach.

absolutely a terrible course. Don't play this!!!!! Use your money to play a better course

Course is involved with local strip club
Girls "Kilted Kaddies" can accompany you for $150.00
Oversize cup (8") in the greens to "speed play", no interest in playing again - staff nice enough but so many much better courses nearby.

It is an easy track. The girls that work in the bar are the best thing about this track. Greens were slow, clay in the bunkers, hard pan dirt in the fairways, multiple strains of grass in the rough.

Had a great time

Not a bad course especially for high handicappers/newbies. Very convenient location off of 17 in North Myrtle Beach. Not sure if I would play at full price but if you can get any kind of discount you should be happy.

Nice little course. Pretty easy. Not a lot of trouble. A little ragged around the edges.

Over all a good course for the money. Not picturesque as other course in MB but would play it again

Old close to the airport style golf course. Two water coolers per nine holes. Plays like local muni.
