I like this golf course and as a NCGA member the price is very good for this quality of a course.

A really nice place to play golf. Do yourself a favor and play more forward tees. Overall in very good condition.

Sorry but I didn't like it. The brown grasslands of the Altamont hills , the heat , wind, and slow play are not my idea of a great $100 course.
Come to think of it I never really liked Poppy Hills either.

Played on a Thursday, course was busy but play was set at a reasonable pace. My buddies and I were very impressed and plan on replacing a few of our rounds at Poppy Hills with rounds here at Poppy Ridge.

They do over water but in the past the fairways get a little crispy. The one thing that sets Poppy apart from others is lack of houses on teh course. NCGA members get a very good rate so I would recommend joining an Northern CA eclub for $45.00 prior to your outing and save $$$. The Golf Mart offers a membership and used to give you a $35 shop credit.

Great track and vistas. Hospitable crew. Fairways are overwatered during summer and bunkers should be better maintained.

Treeless modern design golf course. There are a lot of pretty holes, but overall most of the holes look very similar to each other. Walkable, but most people use a cart here.
