This notable private club is located about a one-hour drive north of Philadelphia and features three award-winning courses and a six-hole academy layout. Each of the three regulation courses are usually ranked in the top ten in all of Pennsylvania. The Old Course was designed by Englishman Herbert Strong, while architect William F. Gordon and his son David W. Gordon (another fine architect in his own right) designed both the Grace Course (1958, named after Bethlehem Steel Company president Eugene Grace) and the Weyhill Course (1968).

The club's Old Course has hosted six USGA national championships, not including the 2014 USGA Mid-Amateur Championship:
